PATIENT RESOURCES

We take patient advocacy seriously! These recommended websites may help patients and families navigate their rheumatologic diagnosis.  Information found on these sites do not substitute for hands-on diagnosis and treatment by a physician.

Dr. Jain serves as the medical chair for the Chicago chapter of the Arthritis Foundation. His roles include increasing patient awareness and raising funds for research. This website includes information on tools and resources for many rheumatologic conditions, disease-specific blogs, and advocacy efforts.

help build our community network

We continue to build our support network for patients with rheumatologic diseases and their families, caregivers, and friends. Are you a member of an organization or charity that benefits the rheumatology community? Are you part of a patient support group that might help other patients at Ravenswood Rheumatology? Share your story and we will feature it here.

Live Yes! Connect Group is "not the typical arthritis support group." This national network of self-advocates provides supportive social connections to adults with all types of arthritis and rheumatic diseases. Members participate in social and informative educational events that focus on mutual support and positive coping strategies for not just living, but thriving. The Chicago chapter, facilitated by Heidi (a patient of Dr. Jain's), is active and always open to more members!
