Cory Conniff, MD
“I believe the best care starts with listening—making sure every patient feels heard and understood. I partner closely with my patients, educating them so we can make informed decisions together. I respect that each patient’s goals and preferences are different, whether that means traditional, conservative, or complementary treatment approaches. My goal is to provide comprehensive arthritis and rheumatology care in one place, while staying current with the latest therapies to deliver the best possible outcomes.”
Dr. Conniff is a board-certified Rheumatologist who has been practicing in the Chicago area since 2003. He earned his BA in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, and his medical degree from Chicago Medical School, followed by residency and fellowship training at the University of Illinois Hospital. He treats the full spectrum of arthritis and rheumatic diseases, with a special focus on autoimmune inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. Dr. Conniff has advanced expertise in musculoskeletal ultrasound and is highly experienced in non-surgical management of arthritis and musculoskeletal injuries, including regenerative treatments such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections.
