Medical Providers

Manish Jain, MD
Attending Physician
A board-certified rheumatologist with over a decade of experience, Dr Jain is passionate about high-quality, up-to-date patient care. While personable and quick with a laugh, he thinks critically about each patient and prioritizes your goals in crafting a care plan. In addition to his clinical work, he also trains medical residents, speaks nationally as a key opinion leader in the field, and pursues advances in care through clinical trials. He is on staff at multiple local hospitals, allowing for effective communication between care teams.
Born and raised in Chicago, Dr Jain enjoys cheering on the Cubs, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog, Baba Gannoush.

The first provider to join Dr Jain's team, Elisa has helped the clinic grow and expand the care we provide. She is thoughtful and thorough, tirelessly advocating for her patients.
Elisa’s interest in rheumatology stems from her own family history of autoimmune diseases as well as a passion for patient education and desire to build positive patient-provider relationships.
Outside of work Elisa spends time with her husband, two kids, and English bulldog. She loves travel, northern Wisconsin, home decor, podcasts and so much coffee.

Therese Seigal, MPAS
PA-C
Physician Assistant
A Michigander at heart, Therese grew up watching her father practice as a rheumatologist. We're thrilled that she brought her trademark smile back to the Midwest after training and practicing in Boston. She is passionate about developing meaningful relationships with her patients and has the ability to make a medical appointment feel like a visit with a friend.

When she's not in clinic, Therese enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, checking out Filipino restaurants, singing karaoke, traveling and finishing the 1,000 page Barbra Streisand memoir.
