Our jack-of-all-trades, Krysten keeps things running behind the scenes. She fixes problems faster than they arise and helps patients navigate the bumps in the road.
When she's not saving the day, she can be found cheering (or coaching) a basketball or hockey game, spoiling her nephew, cuddling with her three dogs or trying the latest brunch spot.
Rose Blancas
Medical Assistant
Eager to provide excellent care to patients, Rose stays a step ahead, gathering test results and information to help your appointment go smoothly. At each visit, she will bring you to your exam room, update your medical history, collect vitals and ask some basic questions to get things started.
Originally from California but raised locally in Albany Park, Chicago, she loves spending time with her daughter and traveling. She also enjoys learning about rheumatology and watching patients' progress with treatment.

The smiling face you'll see when you first arrive at clinic, Nancy manages the schedule, answers questions, arranges follow-up, collects payments, and juggles the ever-ringing phone lines.
Nancy is a people-person, adventurer and dreamer. She enjoys spending time with her four growing children.
