About Us

Welcome to Ravenswood Rheumatology, serving the north side of Chicago and beyond! We are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for patients living with rheumatic diseases.

Our competent and caring medical team includes board-certified rheumatologist, Dr. Manish Jain as well as Physician Assistants Elisa Hoellerich, Therese Seigal and Deanna Martin.

Our practice is built on honest, cutting-edge treatment tailored to each individual. We are committed to educating and advocating for all of our patients.

Ravenswood Rheumatology is proud to offer an in-house infusion center, on-site lab services, and state of the art clinical trials to better serve the needs of our patient community. We work hard to coordinate care with your primary care physician, other specialists, and ancillary services such as physical therapy or our clinic-associated dietitian

We encourage patients and visitors to wear masks inside the office and throughout their visit

For the safety of all our patients, staff and medical providers will be wearing masks during every visit

If you have COVID symptoms including cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, etc., please call or message our clinic prior to coming to your appointment so we can discuss the safest option for you to receive care

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to validate parking tickets for the lot behind our building

It is most affordable to go to to reserve a spot in the parking lot PRIOR to entering the lot

When available, there is FREE street parking on Seeley Ave, located just west of Damen Ave.
