Our competent and caring medical team includes board-certified rheumatologist, Dr. Manish Jain as well as Physician Assistants Elisa Hoellerich, Therese Seigal and Deanna Martin.

Ravenswood Rheumatology is proud to offer an in-house infusion center, on-site lab services, and state of the art clinical trials to better serve the needs of our patient community. We work hard to coordinate care with your primary care physician, other specialists, and ancillary services such as physical therapy or our clinic-associated dietitian.

It is most affordable to go to parking.com to reserve a spot in the parking lot PRIOR to entering the lot
When available, there is FREE street parking on Seeley Ave, located just west of Damen Ave.
